"UR" is an automated assistant that communicates with you by text message. It is software, not a person, and it is powered in part by third-party artificial intelligence. Its home value estimates are generated automatically from public records and recent sales data. They are estimates only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not appraisals and not a promise of any sale price or offer. Do not rely on them as your only basis for a decision about your property.

1b. Introductions to Agents and Cash Buyers

We do not sell your personal information, and asking UR a question or getting a home value estimate does not send your details to anyone outside our service providers.

If you ask to be matched with a real estate agent, or ask for a cash offer, you authorize us to provide your name, phone number, property address, and property details to the partner who handles that path so that they can contact you directly: SellSignal (sellsignal.co) for introductions to licensed local real estate agents, and Connected Land Buyers (connectedlandbuyers.com) for cash offers. Those parties may contact you by phone, text message, or email, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
